Yeah if I can give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Took my nephew out to Chuck E. Cheese and thought this place would be a good option for some good chicken. Unfortunately, the staff here desperately needs training on good customer service. I waited for my food for 40min…. However, the issue is that when my food was finally up, no one called my order and there was a customer speaking over my food where there was no barrier. I went up and asked if this was my food and the young man said “I don’t speak English” and did nothing to ask for help. 3 stars for the food no 5 star because of the rudeness of service. I dined in last night and the staff was great but today I went back and those guys were extremely rude and I won’t be going back to that location. I called in and he said he didn’t have time to tell me what other sides the family pack came with so I just ordered the typical feeling rushed. For $39 family pack I had to beg for an extra jalapeño cause they only give 2 and the one guy was looking at me like i had 3 eyes just cause I asked for an extra small jalapeños. I ordered the chicken and ribs combo with Maduros and Congri rice (Puerto Rican style) wow I'm highly impressed. Great portion size I received 5 ribs and 2pcs of chicken. The ribs were VERY tender, the rice was amazing and well seasoned, Maduros were perfectly cooked and the chicken was well cooked and tasty: I ordered via DoorDash food was well packed. The chicken and ribs here were really good. Not the best I’ve ever had but for a quick casual stop, I enjoyed the meal. A little pricy with the meal costing 16 dollars but I was aware of this coming in.
The prices were a bit higher than I expected for just some chicken and fried bananas, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
The chicken soup here is amazing! I can't wait to sample more items from their menu! It's truly the best restaurant, and the staff is incredibly friendly as well!
Very nice service from the cashier. She is very sweet, polite, and professional. It is very rare to find this type of person in a job like this.
