Last summer we had a meal here, it was OK. We returned today with relatives and it was a horrible experience. Our shouting waiter began friendly then turned grumpy and in the end just disappeared. Very slow service despite an empty restaurant. Paella marisco for two was acceptable, an entrecote steak was inedible, tough and ****?? I took my young son to choose an ice cream at the end of the meal. The blonde Russian waitress who stomped over told us we were taking too long to decide after two minutes and slammed shut the ice cream counter door and walked away. Once seated we waited for drink and food menu, managed to order drinks which took a while to arrive. We then waited and waited 20 mins, while they attended to others in the restaurant, and our daughter told them to please come to take our order (on way to loo). Nothing. We watched a big family leave as they had been ignored and another couple also gave up. Finally we left paid the bill and complained to manager, who was reasonably apologetic but not that bothered. I should have read the reviews on here first
De los pocos lujos que me permití este año en vacaciones invitar a toda la familia a este restaurante para celebrar el cumpleaños de mis hijos mellizos. Pedimos unos entrantes sepia, navajas y después dos paellas espectaculares. El sitio es único estas en primera línea de playa y parece que estas un barco. Tardaron un poco en sacar la comida pero estando de vacaciones no teníamos prisa. Un sitio muy recomendable salió el cocinero Xavi y se ve que disfruta haciendo bien su trabajo, encantador.

When you order a pizza, all you get is a block of cheese, the pizza toppings were garbage. The crust wasnt fully baken they were lying to us about the sort of pizza, they said it was margheritta but it acually was 4 cheeses and they kept on lying even tho we told them that it doesnt taste and doesnt look like a margheritta.
Awful service and rude staff, especially the manageress. Visited twice, walked out both times after about 15 mins being ignored even after asking for drinks. Place wasn’t even busy. I guess it is well known as at that time of day every other restaurant in the resort was packed, not this one.
Waited 30mins for drinks order to be taken. Waited further 30mins for food order to be taken. One hour later still no food arrived. Eventually 2hrs after we arrived they brought out the wrong meals. Lost all confidence by then and walked out.
Beautiful view but not well managed. Only 3 tables were occupied but we waited a while to get our meals...and nobody came to ask us if we wanted a dessert....the food is not bad, just OK, but no salad or vegies with the mixed grilled...

Food was horrible. Raw fish for 2 persons returned to the kitchen but was still not backed well. Never ever again. There are other nice restaurants in Cala Montgo with good food.
