At first I have to say that the staff and owner here are really friendly folks. Nice, easy atmosphere. Very lively. And our dog was welcome even inside. Thanks for that. Wine and Tapas here are plenty...and all really low priced. Lots of bang for your buck. But the Tapas are more of a simple kind. Mostly bread topped with an ingredient or two. Had one with Chorizo (quality just ok) and a sandwich with spanish Tortilla (very heavy...and quite dry). Nothing that great. The baby squid on the other hand were very good. Fresh, hot and crispy. As they should be. It's a fine place to fill your stomach for little money. But there are so many other Tapas bars around....and many of them better.

We really enjoyed the set menu in this restaurant. There is a large bar fronting onto the street and a more intimate dining room at the rear. We had Riojan cod, hunters' croquettes, fried squid and paella. The menu included a bottle of Riojan wine, which was excellent. Dessert was also included and the whole meal cost 31.50 euros for two. Service was speedy and caring in this family run establishment. Would definitely go again.

We were a group of 10 hungry friends. We ordered many different tapas dishes from ham croquettes, cooked prawns, dried ham, sauteed potatoes with a chilli mayonaise, vol au vents, chorizo with quails egg, asparagus, and many more. Nothing was any trouble and all brought out with a friendly smile. We had several bottles of wine and coffee and the bill....... well, it was extremely reasonable and I thoroughly recommend this bar.

A warm welcome, friendly staff, amazing value, freshly cooked simple Spanish food. We had the 3 course menu with wine, water and bread included and it was €15 per person. If you’re looking for fine dining, this is not for you, but if you’re looking for great family run local restaurant, then go! We went twice! Book a table now

Visited for evening meal to find 12 euro menu and very friendly service. 3 course meal with bread and 1/2 bottle of local Rioja very acceptable and a terrific price for diverse menu. Highly recommended.
