I went to eat here on Friday the 5th of October got a asada super burrito and a box of chips with pico. Pico was in nice big Togo bowl, plenty of chips, in box, nice fat burrito given to me. Pretty good always been a fan of the place. Went back Tuesday October 8th because I was pleased. But boy is that when you are definitely let down! My burrito was mostly tortilla, only a handful of chips in my box of chips I just paid 5.99 for, and my bowl of pico has shrunk to a ramakin of pico instead. I tipped them suckers $7 on top of the $20 they charged me. They were mocking me for telling the cashier I appreciated him at the end of taking my order. Just a bad experience. Got a 2 star for atmosphere...
We ordered a #7 the meat was cold its supposed to be beef burritos but in all reality we received shredded beef although the sign says beef burritos (NOT SHREDDED beef canned) lettuce was placed on It with no tomato it was only filled to be a child size burrito carne fries do not taste the same like when this store first opened the server was so rude as we sit here the tone in his voice changes as different style of customers come in another store to add to the do not come back list burrito is nothing but tortilla
As many of the other reviewers have said, food is fine but nowhere near the same quality as the beginning of the year, customer service is garbage, has went downhill since the lady that used to run the cash register left.
