For me the finest restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz with two innovative, delicious and well-balanced menus. The smaller menu is designed as a series of surprise courses whilst the full tasting menu has 11 courses which, in spite of the number of dishes, is very manageable. There is an excellent selection of wines and other drinks available. The staff are friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable and provide a welcoming and relaxed service. a small and cozy corner in the port of the cross, to enjoy good food and excellent attention. a priori, would not wait in the middle of a street of this type, a restaurant with dishes so elaborate and well presented, with different flavors and textures that combine perfectly and make you enjoy each bite.
