Our party loves coming to El Torito Lakewood. We use the 'Open Table ' app to make sure we have a reservation in advance. The staff and servers are always friendly and welcoming. The servers readily suggest options for drinks or other items we ask about and our the drinks and food are amazing. My wife enjoyed the Black Diamond margarita this time around and she was so happy she tried something new and different. Enjoy!
The occasion was a friends birthday dinner. We were seated on the patio overflow area which was so loud that we could not hear each other speak. Our waitress was not very attentive. The birthday girl asked for no onion on her enchiladas but got so many that it was impossible to pick them out. So many other things were wrong as well. A disappointing evening to say the least
Won’t be going back. Our waitress was new. Bless her heart. She was trying. Drinks from the bar were incorrect. Food was wrong. Her manager comped us a round to apologize for all the screwups but I won’t be going back anytime soon. Maybe if the food was excellent then I could have gotten past the other mistakes but all around a poor experience
Brunch buffet at El Torito is always good. Haven't been here in a long time. We went for my brother's birthday on a Sunday morning. No lines and reasonably priced $31 per person, not including alcohol). Good selection of food items, pleasant staff, great customer service. Book a table now
Our waiter was really nice but our appetizers came out with our meals then my soup was forgotten. We told him about it and that we no longer wanted it, it was still on our bill

Won’t be going back! El Torito adds surcharge to checks they expect their guest to pay for things that is their responsibility
