I am unspeakably disappointed in the service provided by Fernando this evening at El Toro. I walked in to celebrate a birthday with my friend’s fiancé. I asked where they were seated. He pointed me in the direction which was absolutely perfect. I walked back saw my friends and sat down. Almost immediately afterwards before i was even asked to what I would like to order or handed a menu their food was being brought to the table. Fernando told me I needed to move and that I was in the way. When I asked how that could remedied (because it was tight on both sides) he told me that I’d be in the way and offer no resolution.
