A wonderfully friendly attentive staff. The Happy Hour Margarita Pitcher is a great and delicious value. Their shrimp tacos are the best I've had outside Texas and Florida.The ONLY reason I did not give 5 stars, is the volume is a bit much for me when the restaurant is full or nearly full. That may not be an issue for most people.I have patronized El Vaquero since they opened their first operation on Riverside Dr. 30+ years ago. Their quality is consistently exceptional. ??
Mixed review for the restaurant. The food was decent overall, with some dishes standing out more than others. The service was okay, but my drink was left empty a bit longer than I would have liked. The prices were reasonable, though! I still think it's worth a visit; I’ll just be sticking to the fajita quesadilla next time.
Can 't provide a current review on the food as we were seated but never served. After being told 10× that our server was on the way we left. Sitting there as every new customer wad seated and served immediately was very distasteful.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I went in to order a Coke, but they refused to take my order, as it seemed I was only ordering a soda. I will definitely not be returning. Book a table now
My new favorite Mexican restaurant. So far I love everything I've ordered here. They even made a dish. Of grilled jalapenos for me which was not on their menu.
