At the drive-thru we expect to have a complete order, and that it goes quickly, in principle right?! So what can I say... Already ordered on November 3rd my bag of salad crushed by 3kg of meat, a broken yogurt and I didn't get my Marvel cards (90€ of groceries). The manager tells me I will get a refund. I'm still waiting for it and when I follow up with them they tell me the request has already been processed! Treated as nothing at all yes. Today order 70€. They still don't give me the Marvels. Normally it’s per 30€ purchase! Anyway! I tell myself that maybe I should try the drive at Carrefour. Because there are people here to get your money. On the other hand, when it’s time to repay, make a gesture, or give something, there’s no one left!
Always flagship items in available soon .... I find it amazing for a drive of this size I often have to take items from Leclerc and complete with the Intermarché drive....
Drive scheduled for 6:15 p.m., ready at 7:15 p.m. An endless queue... 40 minutes of waiting to collect it. This is not what we expect from this service.

Very good drive. Lots of leads and the employees are very responsive. There is generally little waiting and orders are rarely incomplete.
Very satisfied but it happens that the delivery is missing or erroneous. Just check and the error is fixed.
Schedules are not respected by arriving on time, we wait 20 to 30 minutes before collecting our order
