Elevation Burger - Table reservation

The manager is a frumpy unkept looking old Indian man with little care for customer service. There were very few bottle drink options and the refrigerator was broken so nothing was cold. The kitchen staff seemed competent and the food was cooked well and tasted good. It was a pleasant surprise to find onion rings on the menu and they were good. 1 if the bathrooms was out of order but it was decent.Unfortunate lack of customer service by the management and his lack of ability to speak understandably is a problem that should be resolved quickly if they hope to keep the business coming.

This was my first time back at Elevation burger in a long time. Although I truly wanted a burger, I went in just for some fries instead I ordered the onion rings. The onion rings were very crispy and I enjoyed them!However, i wasnt greeted by anyone, not even the person taking my order. It wasnt because they were busy because there was no line and they were not preparing anything when I arrived.

When you're out and about they're not a lot of Keto options. But they have the Paleo Burger which is wrapped in lettuce with guacamole lettuce tomato and bacon I added cheese to it. And a side of grilled onions and a side of mushrooms. It was awesome. The beef is really flavorful and the bacon makes it a party. I would go to them again.

Wish I could give no stars. Ordered a burger that was severely under cooked, took it back and instead of receiving a refund i was given 3 batches of fries that looked like worms, and the replacement food was worse then the original. I have no idea what's happening in that place, I just know im breaking up with Elevation.
