We think there must have been something going on such as short staff or something because the drinks took absolutely forever the wait for food not as long. (the waiter in fact had even apologized) We were NOT in a hurry so we did not mind. Also noticed other patrons waiting for quite a bit and did not look to happy. Staff was very nice and the food was pretty good. We were seated on the 2nd floor without any views however I would probably try a different place on the strip next time just for better ambiance.
We went on Valentine’s Day with reservations and expected the place to be packed but It wasn’t the case. We got seated 1 min after walking in and they had plenty of tables available. 2 waitress were working that night. Took about 15-20 min before our order was taken. Didn’t get our meal till over an hour later. My ribeye was not chewable. Another lady few tables away sent hers back and asked for credit on the invoice. Rest of the food was good and staff was friendly.
when the floor level bar is open, the attention to the diners in the inner and upper floors is terrible. wait for almost 30 minutes to get a cocktail and it was done wrong. waited another 20 minutes for a replacement. stay on the foods and enjoy the outside and music. I personally will not come back as it was a very average experience with terrible service (the waiters seem to be mistakes)
beautiful to die outside on a beautiful day, but the website shows that eb eliot has a brandy over the deck, so we chose this restaurant. but when we arrived there, the brand was not outside and the sun was hot, so it was unbearable to sit in the glowing sun without shadowing. two of our guests have a bad sunburn. eating was average service was bad, but on the positive side we were out.

elliot was great. the hostess believed us because of the band down in the quiet opposite upwards. the waitress was super nice and everyone wished my older mother a very happy birthday. the fishtacos were tasty (can be a little cooked, but still be good) and the coconut carcinomas were excellent. a beautiful evening.
the waitress seemed to be upset at our inestimacy, and everything took long to come. She didn't refresh our drinks unless we knocked them down. the furniture was dirty and the food was bad, especially the less than fresh oysters. I cannot recommend this restaurant. avoid them!
Had a fantastic post-Valentine's Day dinner with my wife! Everything was delicious, from our fried calamari appetizer to our special menu dinners. Thanks for a great and much needed evening out.
Wait staff was great and attentive. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Price of a Caesar salad was high and didn’t seem in line with the rest of the menu, but overall a good experience.
