I want this place to be vegan, because he could really be. eating is fresh and absolutely delicious. but vegan options are not marked on the menu, so even if they think it is (growing avocado salat sounds safe enough), it comes with butterbrot that is not listed. if they were straight through and labeled vegan options on the menu, or gave a simple cue how to veganize them (i.e. remove honey from an otherwise completely vegan smoothie), this place would be one of the best for vegs in the opposite.

although the description on happy cow says there are vegan options, I was only in restaurant and there is not. I went through the menu with a worker and she said good the avocado toast is vegan but it has a small butter in the brot. she also thought that eggs are vegan. they have smoothies. I didn't ask if they were vegan.

the vibe is community centered and welcoming. coffee and tee are all beautiful, and they have quite any vegetable milk they want. Among the favourite dishes are the raw meal, hummus sandwich and beet salad (see feta). also the chai latte with mandelmilch is beautiful.

this is an undiscovered gem! a rare, interesting wine selection. an innovative and successful chef. it has great potential and I hope it succeeds!
