I enjoyed a delightful empanada filled with sweet plantains and white cheese, along with the three cheese options. Oh my gosh, they were amazing! Two of them were enough to satisfy my late lunch at the Long Valley Farmer's Market today. They're also vegetarian, and they have three other veggie options available. I'm thrilled that they've opened a retail café in Verona (I live in Montclair), so I'll definitely be visiting soon! Great job!
My husband and I finally made it to Empanada Lady in Verona and it was worth the wait! Everything was on point! The staff is wonderful too. Just wondering about the paper plates and forks...maybe to save time...but that won’t hold me back! See you soon!
Had a pulled pork empanada, my wife had a chipotle chicken cheddar and cheese and my son had a chicken one and they were the best we ever had hope to see you pop around more so we can buy more! Wish you nothing but the best and can't wait to have more!!

The mini empanadas were the hit of our 4th of July cookout. Everyone gobbled them up so fast. The salsa dipping sauce adds the perfect kick. We love the Empinada Lady!
Had the beef and the BBQ pulled pork empanadas at the Boonton Twp. 150th anniversary celebration. They were absolutely delicious! Hope to have them again soon!
