What has happened to this place? Visited a few months back, soon after opening and it was great: loved the ambient and food was really good. Visited again today and ended up very disappointed - tiny portions with add ons practically forced on you if are to feel satisfied. Had a breakfast pride which turned out to be a pancake with eggs on top with a thick layer of roughly chopped dill and parsley. Unimaginative and lacking any flavour. I opted out of salmon ($7.50??) and end up feeling hungry 2 hours after my meal. My friends also commented on small portions and average flavours. On top of all of that we waited for our water for over 20 minutes and finally got it after 3 requests. No...
Stopped by for a post training feed and had a real craving for a steak. Lots of light in this place, friendly service. I had the skirt steak which is stacked on potato waffle with layers of bacon (about 8 rashers actually, its awesome) and then toppped off with a sunny side up egg. No gravy here just a bechamel/onion puree 'sibouise'. Loved it. So embarrassing, i forgot i cancelled my credit card with my bank after some person was putting through fraudulent charges on it and the owner was so understanding he let me leave and grab some cash from a mate who conveniently lives around the corner. Walked past this place heaps of times and will definitely be stopping in more after that!...
Was surprised at how big this place actually is cause judging from the outside, it looked quite small and cramped. We were lucky enough to have been seated at one of the marble tables as it wasn't that busy on a Saturday morning.
We got the Breakfast Pide, Chargrilled Advo w/ 63 ° egg and the Breakfast Bowl. While everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, I thought the Breakfast Bowl was extremely cold and bland. $19.50 for some veges, quinoa/rice, beetroot hummus, advo, honey & 2 eggs is just absurd! The Chai Latte was also very bland, was quite disappointed.
While it was very lovely catching up with friends at this cafe, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Amazing place! Absolutely loved the food! Tried the pulled mushroom burger & french toast. Flavours were all on point. Coffee was flawless. Can't wait to go back here again!
