This was my first time trying a Churrascaria – a Brazilian-style barbeque – an I must say, I was a little disappointed. First, let me describe the basic premise – you have a little wheel on your table, which you turn to green when you want them to start serving you meat, or red when you’re done or want a break. When it’s green, waiters carrying skewers of 14 different preparations types of meat will stop by and slice you off some. Sounds good in concept, but the actual execution fell far short. The previous review gives a good description of how this place functions, so I won’t delve too much into that. So basically at this Brazillian style restaurant you pay for an endless supply of meat brought out on large skewers by Gauchos (what they call their servers). It was a pretty cool experience, but I wasn’t barraged with meat like how I was expecting. Each skewer of meat is brought out one at a time, so I had to eat my meat only slices at a time depending on how often these gauchos came to our table. Decided to take my dad to Brazilian steak house on a Friday night for his first time and he loved it! The staff made us feel so comfortable and our plate was never empty. We were so stuffed we shared a tress leches desert and it was delicious also. Big shout out to Espetus Churrascaria for the great food.
I've been to a few Brazilian meat places but this one has to be top tier. The staff was all completely friendly. The restaurant is super clean as staff members are constantly roaming to check in and take plates. Also saw a bunch of people celebrating their birthday and the staff sang a super cute song
