I was quite disappointed with Etto Pasta Bar. My friends and I went there for lunch, and the customer service was lacking. The waitress was rude and seemed irritable. Our food took a long time to arrive, which was somewhat understandable given how busy it was and the limited staff. I had ordered garlic bread, but it was completely forgotten until I asked after finally getting the waitress’s attention.
