This place is amazing. It's not far from where my family lives and I can't believe we didn't know about it sooner. You can tell that all the food is homemade and it is delicious. Standouts were the pierogi and zucchini appetizers, alfredo pasta dish, crab cake sandwich, stuffed pepper soup, and hot sausage sandwich. We actually ordered a quart of the soup to take home. My sister had the strawberry chicken salad and said it had was more chicken than expected, which I have never heard before. We dined here on a Saturday evening and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was inviting, and our server, Jessica, was fantastic. Most importantly, the food was excellent! It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully simple. I’m excited to hear they are searching for a new location and building; I hope they find the perfect one!

Evolution grille is one of the greatest experiences in western pa. All of the food is great but the sausage pasta and zucchini are incredible
The soup was served lukewarm, and the pierogies were bland and gummy. I was also given curdled cream for my coffee. I won't be returning.
Wonderful place to eat. Relaxed atmosphere. Great service and excellent food. Very reasonable for what they serve.
Busy night, things were slow. Server was attentive until food came, apologetic. But took forever to cash out.
