The food is good. I took a salmon bagel, delicious. By CONTRE, having not taken a menu, I asked the employee (the manager obviously to serve me a glass of water with it. This one served me with water in a small cup of coffee (which only put 10cl of water). After eating a bagel (9,50€ a cheesecake (5,90€), I allowed myself to ask the employee for a glass of water. The latter answered me very unpleasantly “it’s a glass of water per person” while refusing to use another one. I pay 15€ to eat and I get 10cl of maximum water? Water is free everywhere even in cemeteries. Scandalous. Restaurant to run away (manager to run away to be more precise!
No health control passes to the entrance, a huge negative point in this period. Chicken burgers are very good, the bun is well cooked and always mellow, the tasty meat and the balance of ingredients is almost well respected: there is a little too much sauce that masks the taste of other foods. The fries are crispy outside and melt inside. The desserts are good but no more. One of the best fast foods in the region is certain!
Burger without taste, bacon not crispy, cold bread, soda in room temperature, in sum, the total opposite of a true American experience. I note the positive point that management takes time to read and respond to opinions. And I forgot to say that the fries were very good to not end on negative;
I ordered 2 kids menus with burger chicken pane to take away I didn’t check when I came home with a single burger beef so I had to share a single burger for the two children yes on the one hand it’s my fault but still have to be careful.
