I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. When my wife and I arrived they were not very busy. It was around 2pm on a Saturday. We were waiting probably 10 to 15 minutes to be seated as the host(est) was not at the front. Another small group (2 people) walked in a about 5 minutes after us. We were finally seated then the other people were seated. We sat for probably 15 or so minutes waiting for a server to take our order. At this point the table that was seated after us already had drinks, while we haven't even seen a server at all. It seemed obvious that they didn't care about taking care of us so we walked out. I had never eaten at Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que before last night. I knew when I pulled up to the full parking lot, and had a 35 minute wait, the food was going to be good. I enjoyed the two meat combo of beef brisket, country roasted chicken, steamed broccoli, french fries and a perfectly made Arnold Palmer. I only took a star away because I really wanted to try their garlic mash potatoes, but they were out. They also had ran out of the cornbread muffins, which was included with the meal.
Beware when making a reservation! We had a 6pm reservation and I was told that even with a reservation we would be waiting 20-25 min. We waiting 30 min past our reservation time for a table, the same as people walking in. We were served wrong beverages and the Chicken Chopped Salad was served without chicken. We will not be back.
