On Saturday afternoon stopped and a big pizza for me and my mother. The staff was great and friendly. The pizza was amazing and cheap exactly right. They use fresh ingredients and they are fast when they are not super busy. It certainly suggests places where you spend more or 5.00. We'll be back soon. I grew up loving the famous pizza from this place, and I still think it's the best around. Even though I now live in a different city, I was back in town where my parents used to take me. We ordered from Famous: a large pizza, two antipasto salads, and a large grinder, all for just about $35. I thought that was a great deal. I heard the restaurant has new ownership since Billy retired, and I was worried the food might have changed. Ordered over the phone. The pizza was ready when I arrived. The crusts were soft and toppings PLENTIFUL... so much so that some ended up in the box when picking up the slices. As long as they came home with me, that's absolutely fine in my book. Even with that, every bite was still full of toppings. After 2 pieces, I joked about being full. After a third, I was done for real.
I love the Italian grinder, and the pizza is amazing. However, there was an issue with our order—I couldn’t hear well and my wife wasn’t pleased since she didn’t get what she wanted. It’s frustrating, especially with everything going on due to COVID. It can be really disappointing when you order extra toppings and they’re nowhere to be found.

Been working up the street and have got grinders there almost every day. Nice family run place with pleasant employees quick with a smile. Great steak n cheese. Delicious Italian grinder. Try the sweet chili sauce on a chicken cutlet with onions peppers mushrooms and cheese it'll knock ur socks off!!
The pizza here is good, and the staff is friendly. It might be a bit greasy and served quickly, but it's still worth a visit.
I really like their fish and chips large portion and the batter isn’t too thick.
