We tried to use a coupon from the app, but he insisted he couldn’t look at it until he determined whether our order was for takeout or dining in. I repeatedly told him it was for dining in, but he didn’t seem to understand. After a frustrating ordering process, we ended up having to pay for extra fries that were missing, despite our coupon for free fries.

I like the food at this place, don't go to often The wait is kinda long if your in a hurry but the food is worth it. Why 3 stars not five, well this particular Farmer Boys needs to check their smile meter on their helpers it couldn't hurt to smile at your costumers and when you see you have a costumer it would be nice to acknowledge them and not act like you don't see my big 5 foot 1/2 190 pound body standing right in front of you for like 20 minutes or more while your standing over where I can see you chatting with your friend. My family and I arrived just before closing time, and to our delight, we were still served! I truly appreciate this, especially since we were away from home and don't have a Farmer Boys location nearby. My family chose to dine here, and although we knew we were cutting it close to closing time, we made an effort to get there quickly. To my surprise, we were allowed to place our orders. The food we received was fresh, and the service was exceptionally friendly. It's refreshing to see this, especially when so many businesses today are closing earlier than their posted hours and turning away customers. We will definitely choose Farmer Boys again whenever we’re in the area.
Terrible customer service. Food was not made and we sat in the dining room lobby for over 20 minutes waiting for food we paid. When we asked about food, the cashier attacked the responsible person and acted as if we were a troubler who asked for food. They did not offer to make the food or apologize, only made an apology that they did not know what happened, although the manager observed that the cashier took our order and watched us sit in the lobby for over twenty minutes when he decided to take a break and eat a salad. Don't go here, total waste of time and staff was incredibly rude. If I could give a negative star, I would. Very rude staff.

Was disappointed by today's experience. Decided to feed in today, but not expected to wait for more than 30 min for burgers and pommes. felt like I was a guest waiting for food from the lost team of Hell's Kitchen. Fries to point, but burgers did not taste as good as usual, taste was 7out10. Probably stay at the next visit to LA Habra site.
Always great food at Farmer Boys. I usually get a nice juicy burger, but this time I decided to get the Chicken Avocado on Sourdough and it was quite delicious. My wife got one of her big salads and said it was good and fresh. A little higher in price than most fast food restaurants, but worth the money.
Great place, love eating at farmer boys. It's my gi for breakfast for hog breakfast Burrito or for lunch for farmers burgers... just the problem is how all fast food places is that they sometimes get the order wrong or forget to eat in an article... other than that, still a great place...
Aside from the long wait, I understand it's all fresh to order, but when you get the order wrong and expect to wait more? And more so when the employees have no empathy. Even if they got the order wrong. The flavor and amount of food is good though.

Friendly staff good portion cheap Cob Salat Dune in them do not put in a plastic box. A real bowl, no waste very fresh.
