Last night, I had ordered a pizza for pick up and verified that over the phone that it was to be picked up at the Home Run location (because we've had issues with picking up a pizza from the wrong location previously), and when I got there I waited for 15 minutes for my pizza. Only to be rudely told that they did not have my order, and basically there was nothing they could do except have me re-order. The girl had told me to call the other location, and when I called there was they didn't have my order either. Overall I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation was handled. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know there are much better ways this could have been handled...
