I did not look at the reviews before going. It was my first time going there and when it opened years ago a lot of people praised it. We were greeted upon entering. And it was fairly busy , 3 people ahead of us, no one dining in. We waited maybe 6 minutes before we were helped. Wanted to get a salad and a pizza. They ran out of ingredients for the salad so I opted not to get it. We ended up getting a plain cheese pizza. I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend it either. Those is my go to spot between gym and work. It's fast, it's custom and there ingredients are prepped as the day goes along. Let's start from the outside. Parking is easy, it's in a lot why here there's ample spots. Once inside, the staff is friendly and greets everyone as they come in. There's a board with pre determined options of pizza. Worst service and restaurant organization I've ever witnessed for the most subpar pizza I've ever had. There were multiple people just waiting for their food for over 30 minutes. Pizza does not work in this restaurant concept as it takes too long to cook. Just as I was about to ask for my money back, the manager ? briskly asked my name and handed me my pizza that was under several pizzas in a stack. No one was calling names on tickets to get the finished pizzas to their owners. Almost everyone was there to pickup take out, so no ambiance to speak of.
I had a delicious pizza the other night. I stopped in at 9:30 and was still treated with excellent service and attentiveness. The team treated my pizza with care and respected my special requests! I really appreciated it and will be back. I almost didn't go because of the other reviews given but I took a chance and I was pleasantly surprised. I don't have a picture because I didn't have my phone when there but I noted my experience to be able to leave the review now!!

Avoid if you are vegan! I visited this restaurant to order a vegan pizza, but upon arrival, I found out that the pizza sauce contained dairy cheese. Despite my informing the staff of my dietary restrictions, they proceeded to use their fingers to remove the cheese from the pizza crust. Unfortunately, my pizza still ended up with dairy cheese on it, forcing me to throw it out when I got home. Overall, a disappointing and wasteful experience.
The lady was sweeping and handling other material's... then she touched pizzas. She did not wash her hands or change gloves. The other lady took off her glove to scratch her face.
