absolutely terrible! if they try to use the reward points they give them when they use the steak n shake app to order and buy their order, I would suggest to go to forsyth or mt zion. Actually, I would recommend either one of them, even if they don't use any reward points. first they took $5 from my reward account and I never used it. I could see this in my reward history and after two different complaining they gave me my $5 back. then one day when there was a warm consultation, I had a personal emergency and had no choice as to go and remembered that I had my $5 in rewards and I stopped at steakn shake on pershing rd, so I could order the drink I needed urgently. a line began to form behin...
This was my first visit to the restaurant since they switched to using kiosks for ordering. I have no complaints about the change. Life changes and we have to adapt. There's no point in taking out any frustrations on the staff. The food was exactly as we expected after being patrons for years. The only disappointment was the lack of a breakfast menu. The staff even came out to confirm if my burger order, which was a bit unusual, was a mistake made by the kiosk. This shows that they have good quality control in place. We will definitely be returning in the future!
I have had many meals at this steak and shake location at all hours of the day and I never had bad service. When I was on 3rd shift we frequently ate our meal here. The food has always been good, the restaurant has always been clean, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of for being on a road with a divider in the middle.
The general manager at this restaurant is exceptional, and the service trainer Shelly is also outstanding. All the staff, including the other managers Chad, Jasmine, and Dawn, are fantastic. Thank you for always taking care of us!

Proud of all of them especially the young lady that bought into the franchise during covid19 and it making it work. For the money it is the best around without paying 15.00 for a burger meal. They staff are always kind.
