I understand KFC is a fast food chain, but these problems are truly inexcusable. Serving raw or undercooked chicken poses a serious health risk, and there’s been chicken served that seemed like it had been sitting at room temperature for hours. There are clearly defined guidelines for food storage, and this establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested, as if they didn't want to engage with me at all. Definitely not friendly. I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat but only received 2 small legs and 6 other legs. I considered complaining but felt it would be a waste of time. I won't be returning.
If I could give negative stars I would!!! Horrible customer service and they like to blame the customer for the team members screw ups and lack of responsibility. I dont usually right reviews but this one was bad enough I felt I needed to warn otherpeople.
I had a very disappointing experience! They messed up my order even though I specified the number, and then they laughed at me. It felt like they were indifferent and unfamiliar with their own menu. I would advise others to steer clear of this place!

I have nothing good to say about this restaurant. The management clearly needs to make some improvements, as both the service and food were lacking. It might be wise for this establishment to be shut down or closely supervised by its parent company.
absolutely horrible, I used to love kfc , but tonight it was so gross, chicken undercooked and slimmy , gravy wasn't even brown in color but yellow the only thing I could eat was the biscuit, never again will I eat there again
This place is picking up well drive threw is getting pretty fast I havnt gotten the wrong food and MY FOOD WAS fresh great team they have and good food they got an awesome front counter worker and the best manager Tyrone!!
Food was good as it normally is but took a really long time to get my order. One of the guys gave me a cookie for waiting so long though lol
