We received a burnt-up pizza after specifically requesting it to be undercooked on the app. The manager said it would be taken care of and instead we ended up getting a 50% off coupon in the mail. This is the second time this has happened and good luckgetting anyone on the phone at the main office. It's a bummer since it's the closest pizza place to our house, but I'm overbeing given a wrong order and then getting told to buy another one as a reimbursement.
I ordered a pizza carryout. When I arrived I had to wait ba few minutes forth pizza. Another person was waiting also. That person was given his pizza and left. Person returned a few minutes later saying hen was given the wrong order. They had given him my pizza by mistake. I had to wait even longer to make me a new one. I won't be returning to this pizza shop again.
We brought our two boys and their 3 friends here for a birthday celebration. Our waitress was amazing and not only was she very attentive but she was very funny and personable with the kids. We will go back to this location for sure.
thin pizza with lots of ingredients that , if eaten at monicals, is crisp crust and hot cheesey toppings. it doesnt get any better. a cold beer and a nice little salad with french and ranch (mix them, everyone does). Book a table now
No issues here. Quick service and no wait. Good pizza and sandwiches. Easy to find with plenty of parking. A good option while staying at the Hampton inn across the street.
While I didn't have a chance on my trip to try the authentic Chicago style pizza, I did have a chance to try Monical's pizza and their famous red salad
By far the best pizza I’ve ever had. Staff was extremely friendly and the food was great. We had breadsticks and buffalo chicken pizza

We ordered 3 pizzas for lunch. The bbq chicken pizza was amazing. The others were good too. Highly recommend it.
