I ordered a chicken, spinach feta twister to only get the wrong one delivered. I called to let them know and whomever answered the phone offered to make another one or get a credit with the next order. I told them I would take the credit. I called in today for lunch, whomever this person was that answered the phone (sounded like an older lady), she didn’t know there was a chicken, spinach, feta twister. She kept trying to tell me they were rolls (I order the same thing all the time). When I told her I had just ordered one, I guess she finally found it. This was my first time trying this restaurant. I am usually a nice person and do not like to give bad reviews, but I feel that the community should know about my experience. We started with the breadstick bites, which were very good. The Italian hoagie was interesting, to say the least. It only had two slices of meat, one slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and something that looked like ground up raw meat on top (potentially pepperoni, although I have never seen an Italian hoagie like that before). Fellinis is a really good take out spot when you want something cheap and good. I get lunch here a couple times a month and it is always good. I usually get boneless wings with a side of their seasoned fries. The wings are good but the fries are so good. The seasoning they use tastes great!! The staff is always nice. They forgot to put one of our wing orders in the bag one time and called us to tell us, so we were able to swing back around before we got too far. I feel like most places would not do that/ not car. You also get a free order of bread sticks when you spend a certain amount. The bread sticks are amazing. It's not the fanciest place, but they have good food for a good price.
I have ordered from this restaurant for two years now and every time my pizza has not been sliced. I have had to cut it myself each time. They do make an attempt, but if they cannot invest in a simple tool to cut the pizza, I wonder what else they may be cutting corners on. I am starting to question the cleanliness of their kitchen and utensils after two years of using the same dull cutter. Overall, I give the food a rating of 3 out of 5. Book a table now
We just got a steak hoagie and a large pep. The food was really good. The ladies were all very friendly. It's been a while since I've tried a new Pizza place and I usually try not to keep my hopes up when I do. I'm glad I tried Fellinis. I plan on trying the steak pizza next. I really enjoyed their Italian hoagie. It was delicious! I would definitely order it again. The service was quick and friendly. I got it to go for lunch and it was a great value at $1-10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.
