My family I just wanted to extend a BIG thank you to GM (Chris I believe) and his entire crew who accommodated our family of six. The young lady that served us had a smile on her face every time she returned to our table she did everything she could to help our meal go smoother (we have four little girls all 6yrs under) and they can be loud messy lol this young lady went above and beyond to be sure the kids needs were met as well. Then last time I got food delivered from here was on the day of the found out my dad died. I ordered the grilled chicken meal with Mashed potatoes, fries and a slice of coconut cream pie. They sent me a piece of chicken that looked like it belonged on a sandwich instead of the grilled chicken. I only got the potatoes and no fries and no pie. To say it made my already day worse would be an understatement. It wouldn't of been so bad if they had given me the coconut cream pie which is the only reason I ordered in the first place sadly. I shouldnt have ordered in the first place because the last few times I've gotten food from here delivered something is always missing or wrong.
I made a last-minute decision not to cook dinner and decided to head over to Frisch's in NCH. The drive-thru had about 10 cars waiting, so I opted to go inside to place my order. The manager, Chris, greeted me as soon as I walked in and assured me he would be with me shortly. It took less than 5 minutes for him to take my order, and my food was ready in about 15 minutes – it was hot and fresh! Thank you!
I went through the drive-thru since the dining area was closed. I initially ordered a milkshake, but they were out of ice cream. I then asked for a hot fudge cake, but they informed me that there was no fudge available. When I inquired about any desserts, I was told there were none. However, I could order two Big Youngs. They were well-prepared and served hot.

I had a fantastic experience at this Frisch's location. My server, Adrienne, was incredibly kind, patient, and had a wonderful personality. The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious. If you're on the lookout for a great place to enjoy some amazing food, I highly recommend visiting Adrienne at the North College Hill Frisch's.
I visited the drive-thru for breakfast and had a truly memorable experience with the manager. I had a rough start to my day, but her positive energy and attention to customer service really stood out. It's impressive to receive such exceptional service at a fast-food place.
I’ve tried this location numerous times. None of the employees care about helping their customers. Awful customer service. I go to the one on colerain. Much better service there. This one is a shame as it’s closer to my home, but I’ll travel for good service.
Outstanding service from Christian, the manager! He personally corrected my order and went absolutely above and beyond. I am so pleased with the care, professionalism and courtesy that he shown. Excellent customer service. He is an asset to your company.
