I was deceived by the Iron Man Girl post on Xiaohongshu! This shop now makes bridge rice noodles. The service is almost 0 and the kitchen efficiency is extremely slow. After waiting for half an hour, they will tell you that the food is gone. This is just a rice noodle shop, but it will be the slowest serving restaurant you have ever seen. The objective evaluation of the taste is mediocre , not even as good as the instant cross-bridge rice noodles sold in supermarkets. The reason for not changing the name may be to delete negative reviews in the future. I won’t provide the photos for fear of being resented. This restaurant is pretty great in terms of Guilin Noodle. As someone who had it a lot in my hometown I can't find it criticisable. The service was good and the owner and the staffs were really friendly. Just to keep in mind that this restaurant changed its ownership just a week ago, so all the reviews before this one are actually already out of date.
Please ignore the reviews around 2 years ago, now it is a total different restaurant, they only dedicated in rice noodles. This is one of my top choice of Guilin style rice noodles in town.Very delicious Guilin rice noodles, rice noodles can be added for free, eat as much as you can but don’t waste it, there are very spicy chili, you can challenge it

The noodles were too soggy, and the peanuts lacked crunchiness. While the entire bowl has a satisfactory crispness and the price is reasonable, it simply doesn't compare to authentic Guilin rice noodles. I hope for some improvements!
This is the best Guilin rice noodle I've ever had in California. It really looks authentic. You must try the fried pork topping; it's a standout! Personally, I prefer the dry mix style over the soup version.
The food is good, but we had to get our own menu because the staff was preoccupied with preparing orders for delivery apps instead of attending to dining customers.
