This place is also known as Ketch on their menu so this tripadvisor needs updating. Anyway, we have ordered a few times and we have always enjoyed it the guy on the end of the phone has always been lovely. However, halfway through...eating my kebab tonight I found some raw chicken it had definitely been on the grill however it definitely was not cooked (see picture). I contacted the company who said they would send another one out. I waited around an hour and had not heard and I was about to ring them up again to ask for a refund instead as firstly, I was full and secondly slightly put off at the thought that I might get ill! Shortly after the delivery driver arrived who had my replacement....
There was a mouldy nan and then when we contacted fenstanton delight to inform them of this distasteful issue they responded by saying that’s impossible and that we are incorrect. The man then had the audacity to question our intelligence and finally put the phone...down. I am truly disgusted by their awful customer service and mouldy food. They didn’t even offer a refund or replacement , so I would recommend if you enjoy mouldy food.
from the menu a medium donna kebab, a medium huhn kebab, both price on each and a medium chips and delivery was free, I was never particularly good at mathematic, but I total this when I ordered I. was quoted when the driver arrived, he asked about this is totally unacceptable and I will open it with trading standards when they open tomorrow
Waited over hrs for food to arrive, took payment over phone and then informed us it would be mins in fact it was mins. The food was inedible it was stone cold. I get they are busy but they shouldn't be taking...orders if they can't fulfill them properly. Can't even complain as they have taken phone off hook.

Stayed in Fen Drayton recently and was recommended the above for delivery to the B&B, food delivery prompt and food hot and of good quality, but beware portions huge, go significantly smaller than your normal.....
We regularly have kebabs etc and have never an order messed up, they are local down the road to Bar Hill. Big shout out for Steve, brings a and my food. Keep up the good work.
