Awesome. My brother, sister and I have been going to Fernalee for a few years now and it's just been pleasant if not spectacular consistently each time. No where (and yes we've tried a lot of places and alternatives but came up disappointed) makes a better laksa. As for the rest of the menu there isn't a lot to complain about even if you are picky. Service has been wonderful each time apart from the brisk smile and small talk during busy periods or rushes etc they've been all smiles. Perhaps those complaining were treated warrantly. the black and the seven were hard, the pad thai was too blanching, the sweet and acidic huh was also blanching, and the vegetarian fried rice had garnish and escaped in it, fortunately I am not a vegetarian otherwise this would be a bigger problem, other than the one that tasted eating in order
Wow!, absolutely delicious food. We've been using another Chinese for a few years but it's recently gone downhill so we tried Fernalee after reading the reviews. The portions were huge, everything extremely tasty, prawn chips not at all greasy. Yum, Yum Yummmmm
Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a small rice and satay there was 1 table occupied at the time with three guests and the food was NOTHING I’d pay for again unfortunately. I’m not sure if it was just a bad night for them but the impression was lasting :

I’m a local and we’ve been to Fernalee quite a few times. I always leave satisfied and I’m picky! Nice food and not too expensive. People are lovely. Honestly don’t know what the last hater is on about.
This Chinese has been my go to for years now even after moving to Aldinga.<br/ <br/ The food is beyond amazing and fantastic for the price you pay, good portions and amazing taste.
Just yummy! Great service and very reasonably priced but the last time we went we didn't feel the love so much, as it seemed everyone who came in after us got served before us.
Service was great, prices are reasonable, food is delicious, delivery pricy at 12 per delivery. Will be ordering again maybe eating in) Highly recommend this restaurant
