so many vegan options! they will make practically anything vegan (also a dessert, although they were sold when I was there)! eating was so wonderful, seemed incredibly authentic, was super filling, and was absolutely delicious. the personal was wonderful and friendly that they even assured me that the court I ordered would not be too sharp for my wimpy taste buds. they have some clips and some more interesting tariffs if they want to try something new, I got the ensalada dy nopalitos y jicama to share with my man and her special molecular pinkdo de piñon. the portions looked small when they arrived, but I couldn't even finish my meal. All right, come on! the food came so fast!

fiesta oaxaca is one of the best vegan-friendly options in santa fe. Although not pure vegan (they also serve meat), almost any dish can be made on the extensive menu vegan on request, and these items are marked clearly on the menu. everything we have tried is delicious, and the Mol dishes are particularly tasteful. they also have vegan horchata. there are both inside and outside seats, and the service was always warm and friendly.

would give five stars if I could. eating was so good and there were many vegan options to choose from. the baked since then was also the best vegan meat I've tried with us so far. the personal was also very friendly and told about the vegan options.

This is a lovely little Mexican restaurant with a varied menu and many vegan options. The food was delicious and a real treat on our first night in Santa Fe.

I got the mushroom quesadillas and a modelo negra and it was delightful. Lots of vegan options to choose from and very friendly staff.
