Terrible customer service when confronted them with a barcode found in my guests empanada during a large catering event. Everyone says to give the manager feedback and an opportunity to make it right so that is exactly what I did. Instead of taking ownership, apologizing refunding our empanada order he proceeded to cut me off, insinuate I was lying by explaining the doubt and disbelief he had. He first told me the barcode looks like it is from fruit and he does not serve fruit. Then the food is run through a food processor so there is NO WAY this could happen. The sardines were seasoned just right, although I wasn't particularly fond of the beef ribs—luckily, the rest of my group enjoyed them. The grilled Branzino truly stole the show; it was delicious! The dish featured thinly sliced and freshly fried garlic that added fantastic flavor to the Broccoli Rabe.
The portion sizes are enormous, so be ready to take home leftovers! Just a side note: most of the dishes reheat well the next day if you use an air fryer!
I had lunch here yesterday and was served spoiled rice. Unfortunately, I tasted it before I realized it, and my stomach wasn’t happy afterward. When I went to pay and leave, I tried to let the girl at the register know, but she was distracted, chatting with someone through her headphones, so I don't think she even heard me. At least she didn’t acknowledge what I said.
I discovered a UPC sticker in my food, and upon contacting the restaurant, they were uncooperative, denying any responsibility for the presence of the sticker in their food. I am completely dissatisfied with the denial received when addressing an issue. It's disappointing that the business refuses to take ownership for a mistake, impacting the overall experience.

Tried to order for a big group at work and wouldn't work on separating the order . Lost a big order and customer forever . What ever happen with customer service she wasn't willing to even listen to what I needed
I wanted to love it the place smelled good but I’m sorry the rice lacks flavor I grew up eating authentic Portuguese food this didn’t compare. The chicken was not bad and the fries were crispy.
