This is the third time I've gotten sick and my family from eating here. I don't think they are using real meat or they are using something with bioengineering in it. Food was fine and tasted amazing but I'm noticing something is wrong with all take out places lately. This place unfortunately is on the list too. I won't be eating here again. Which is sad! I really like the food but since they don't use 100 percent real ingredients. I can't physically handle eating here and neither can my family. If they bring back real food I'd be willing to try it. This is my second favorite sub chain. The consistency across locations is impressive. My go-to order is the New York Steamer, which I customize with added lettuce, onion, and tomato. It's a fantastic sandwich, packed with a distinctive flavor that you won’t find better elsewhere. While the chili is just average and the mac and cheese is quite good, I often find myself wishing they would introduce more sides, like potato salad, coleslaw, or pasta salad. Adding some quality, house-made sides would elevate the dining experience to a whole new level.
This sub shop never fails to impress! Each sub on the menu is beautifully crafted and melts in your mouth. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the service is excellent. I would rate it 10/10—definitely the best Firehouse in Pinellas County!
I ordered from Uber, which had a buy one get one deal, but my order was not delivered. The customer service was unhelpful, and the store manager, Westin, was particularly uncooperative.

The sandwiches are truly fantastic! However, I found the mac and cheese to be somewhat disappointing; it wasn't mixed well, and the portion size was lacking.
This is a lovely restaurant with plenty of seating available. The staff is very friendly, and G kindly brought my food to me since I am Deaf.
