The food is good, always fresh. Service SUCKS! Every time I order online, they always lack stuff like my soup or chips or a cookie, or not even my sandwich when I extra roasted. so annoying! It is called fast pickup for a reason. Do not see why I have to go out of my way to remind them of the other things EVERYTIME.. also the times I stood in the line, the girl was so rude!!! I don't want to deal with this place. The subs are good, but a little expensive, although it is worth for quality and freshness. I'm gonna go to another fireworks subsite from now on, as it's been 4 times that they're missing things.
The staff is out of nothing but young girls this time when I left the bread literally on the oven.. Some it laboriously burned, thier sheer lack of motivation was obvious, one touched her hair without gloves and the other 2 standing just standing off talking. the manager in the register with phone orders, try to count the box and make the food at the same time... Was a little disappointed, did I mention that I was given the wrong order?????? Food is worth it, however, that this day the team did not really give two s about Thier customers!!
Okay your subs are great but since you've opened we've been asking for Cholula Sauce to be added to your Sauces; it's practically a staple at most Firehouses and most restaurants in the Valley, come on now, please get this in your Sauce line up... Who's with me on this request!
All right. I wasn't impressed. The sandwich was basically subway at double price. And I could say the staff had a bad day. Ireally felt bad for her. I personally would eat again if it was the only option.
