I have tried to eat at this location 3 separate times and each time they told me it would be over an hour wait. The final time I ordered online (as they suggested) and when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't ready. And there were no customers in the store. Just 4 employees standing behind the counter not making food. It is now 30min after the pick up time and still no food
I drove all the way from Circleville, Ohio, after hearing rave reviews about the subs at Firehouse Subs. I ordered two footlongs: one Italian and one Hook and Ladder. However, when I opened my order, I was disappointed to find a soggy, unappetizing mess that resembled canned cat food. There were no pickles, jalapeños, or any slices of vegetables at all.

Absolutely love this place….. workers are amazing…. It’s nice going into a place and see laughter and co workers getting along…. Service at first took awhile but just opened and everyone going there , so expected… my new favorite place…. Glad we got one in lancaster, we need more places like this
Why is it sweet? We ordered an Italian and and a turkey. They were really sweet and soggy. Wasn't a good experience, couldn't eat more than 1 bite. Waste of money.
Overall, the service was good. Although it appeared that the restaurant was somewhat short-staffed, the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent!
Staff was very helpful, and nice I haven?t been to a firehouse sub in years! They made many suggestions! Food was really good as I remember! Book a table now
I love this place for it's tasty subs. I highly recommend it if u haven't tried it
