Decent subs...when the location is open. I've had at least 5 occasions where I have attempted to place an online order, only to find the restaurant is closed and not accepting online orders (even during peak lunch hours). I understand the employees areprobably underpaid and overworked, but if this is such a consistent issue/complaint, it would be nice to see corporate dosomething about it. Higher wages? Better employee care? Something to keep the doors of your location open.

On June 25, 2022, the restaurant didn’t open its doors. As of 11:30 AM, the door was still locked, the lights were off, and no one answered the phone. To corporate and store management: ensure that you pay your employees fairly and treat them well so they will actually come to work. If no employees are available, it's your responsibility to step in and manage the situation. I witnessed you lose six customers this morning as a result of this issue.
When I went for the first time, I turned around and left because I waited for someone to take my order while both staff went right over and didn't even recognize me. When I was on Sunday, 20. November, drove, I noticed another crew so decided to dive. I was immediately greeted by all 3 employees and even occupied with a small conversation. They were a little busy, but the amount was well treated. Book a table now
First and foremost, the subs here are fantastic! My personal favorite is the Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket. The service at this location is quite good; it's quick and the staff are friendly. The outdoor seating area is lovely, with plenty of trees for shade. I would rate it an 8 out of 10!
It was so dang good. Especially that bread. I wanted the brisket but they were sold out so I got the Italian instead. Not disappointed. It was toasty, with melted cheese and spicy pepperoni. Blew me away so good. Blew me up too. Haha. But can't swear it was the sub that sank the ship.
Showed at 18:30 and was told that they were closed because they said they had to do a catering order?. That would have been nice to know before I went to Firehouse accommodations for 20 minutes. Also I am just a person and I don't understand how 3 employees are unable to get 1 sub.

I recommend closing this establishment. They frequently close early, often due to staffing issues, and when they are open, the employees are rude and seem to be mistreated, which makes the experience not worth it at all. The negative attitudes are apparent.
