I placed my order online for pickup, and the confirmation email indicated that the chips would be included. However, when I got home, they were missing. I ordered the Jamaican jerk turkey and the Engineer, specifying that one should be on wheat bread, but they both came with white bread instead. The turkey was soggy, there was an excessive amount of mayonnaise, and the toppings included only a few leaves of lettuce and a thin slice of tomato. I waited in line, and no one took my order. A man told me that someone else would help me and pointed to a woman. When I approached her, she turned away and started chatting with her colleagues. This was incredibly unprofessional and rude. After waiting awhile with no service, I had no choice but to turn around and leave.
Great sandwiches! Normally have fast and friendly service. Ingredients are served fresh and most of the employees seem happy to be there. The restaurant does tend to get busy around lunch time. The restaurant is mostly clean with exception sometimes of thebathrooms. Great place for a sandwich.
I ordered a large Smokehouse Beef Cheddar on wheat bread for carry-out, and they made it fresh right in front of me. The sandwich was excellent, with a great balance of meat, cheese, and sauce. The staff was friendly, and I would definitely visit again.
