I haven’t ordered from this restaurant yet but I probably will after this experience: I had a door dash order and the store didn’t have it for some reason but only the order I had, NO OTHER DOOR DASH ORDERS WERE AFFECTED, I ended up waiting 30 minutes on my customer’s order an I was kinda upset at first because it kept me from getting any other orders but it wasn’t his fault or mines. Whoever the manger was that was on duty today at 1:24 pm is the best manager ever! I don’t know his name but he handled the situation very well, while fixing the drink machine and training someone and then helping his team fix orders at the table he stayed calm the entire time an kept apologizing and GREETING E...
I gave him a few stars simply because the quality has gone over the time. the service and the actual subparts. I don't think they're proud to make their subs. there are many young children who only sneak the sandwich together, yell out their names to pick up their order, and not fill their taste buds. there is no real customer experience when they go there. also the beverage machine is incompatible, in particular with watered beverages. it should always be a manager to keep the place to par.
kasse was very pleasant and told us what would be on the HOT sandwich we ordered. go downhill. table was very dirty. then our hot, not really. steak cheese sandwich was ready. meat was cool. very disappointed about the preparation of eating. we ate this sandwich in hiram this week and it was hot, swirling paprika were well cooked.
Most of the time it is clean and up to par......they have great subs and salads.....the best is the chili and soups and they also have Mac and cheese.....they have a pick up window for convenience to call a head or order on line or third party....go to firehouse subs and eat a sub hot it is better while it's hot.....

Always a great place to eat.....The subs are better than most sub places......I like that they have more sides. The chicken and dumplings are great and you get a lot of dumplings. They have catering that are great.
This was THE FASTEST firehouse I have ever been to. I am from Charlotte, NC and our firehouse subs take forever to be made. I just thought that was normal. This place is on point.
I received exceptional service by Dixie, manager an Quincy today. Even though it was closing time they made an exception and filled my request. Awesome service. Thank you both.
