The sub I ordered was really tasty, but the service left a lot to be desired. It was my first visit, and I was excited to try the place, especially since I was offered a free soda with my sub purchase. Unfortunately, the staff member who served me acted like I was a bother to her and was quite rude throughout the process. She shook her head several times and appeared visibly frustrated. I understand that being short-staffed can be challenging, as I also work in retail, but there's no excuse for rudeness. Because of this experience, I doubt I will return. I'm very disappointed.
The food here is excellent, and the ingredients in my sandwich were all fresh. I appreciate that part of the revenue goes to support firefighters. However, I found the sandwiches to be significantly smaller compared to those from competing sub shops. I visited at 5:45 a.m., and there was no line, with only two people in the entire dining area. The staff behind the counter were friendly and courteous. It felt either like it was a particularly slow night, or the smaller sandwiches might be the reason for the lack of customers, as I noticed there were more employees than patrons.

But their sandwiches are much smaller than what you get from competitors' subshops. I went there at 545 a.m. and there was no one in the line and only two people in the entire dining area. The guys behind the counter were friendly and polite. So it was either just a slow night or the little sandwiches are why nobody was in there. I saw more employees than customers.
Hey attention everyone, this is a great place to eat. The subs are amazing and the staff seemed friendly. The fact that it was started by firefighters and donates money to the public safety collection is another great reason to eat here. Every sub you buy helps keep the community safe. Had sorta a firehall feel too with the Dimondplated cupboards and firesuits and memorabilia.

Firehouse is the best place to get a sub in my opinion. The location is exceptionally clean and the staff is super friendly. The last part I ordered was the New York Steamer. It is full of beef and pastrami. The meat is so delicate and full of taste. All their hot parts can also be served cold. The meatball lower part is also from this world. They won't be disappointed.
Great option for some great subs! They have a nice selection of quality meats, produce and cheeses. We as a company use them from time to time for a our lunch meetings and our team is always excited when we do so. We are never left feeling hungryafterwards that is for sure. Would recommend this place to any individual and or company for a food option!

Food was wonderful as usual. I really miss the ability to sit down and eat rather than pick up and eat in the car, but it's still a great sub! The Italian, fully loaded, is still the best sandwich on the menu. Tried to do meatball and pepperoni and it's good but I'll be going back to the Italian in the future.

Great location, very clean! Stopped ito get a quick bite to eat and there was no wait. Tried the brisket for the first time (suggested by RJ) which was a very good choice. The hero is another favorite of mine! Great team of young workers there who are very friendly!!
