This restaurant served good sandwiches and greeted you with a smile. After a short wait in line, we were able to order. There were only 2 employees visible, so they did a remarkable job getting us good food quickly. The inside tables were covered with crumbs, and none had been cleaned from previous customer visits. It makes me wonder if it's untidy in front of the counter, what's it like back where they are preparing my food?
The food is pricy for the size of the sub. The dining room is crowded with tables that are too large for the space or there are too many of them, causing limited walking space. You can't help but bump into seated people as you try to navigate the dining area.
I arrived at 7:22 PM on a Monday evening, even though the restaurant closes at 9 PM. However, all the chairs were stacked up, and the staff was busy mopping the floors. There was no one available to serve us.
My best service and food this time. My Hook and Ladder Sub was very good and exactly how I ordered it. The wait for food was not long and the food was hot. The dining area and restrooms were clean. Thanks. Book a table now
I visited a Firehouse Subs for the first time and ordered the Italian sub, which was delicious. It's a fantastic place with excellent service, and the staff members are very courteous and professional.
Great friendly staff! I’ve never had the staff ask if they could get us anything after being seated. Food is consistently good!
The Italian sub was fantastic! Juan, Kevin, and Alexis provided outstanding service. I will definitely be returning.
