I ordered online for delivery. I don't know if any changes to product has happened at firehouse and I say this because quality is absolutely necessary to endure. In recent months, I've tried various sandwiches because none have hit home for me. I strongly believe the chain has changed suppliers. The sandwiches are monotoned, the flavors all meld into one taste and this isnt how it should be. I think the meats are bland and they should be ever present from end to end and bold. The meats just do not hold up in my opinion. Comparatively speaking, the sandwich meats sold at kroger, they are the best in flavors, distinct textures, and bar none some of the best. I will drive to kroger in 12 mins....
I walked in with a buddy and we had to wait for a large order to be completed, waited almost 10min and then got our order in. service was end of shift sort of rushed but was accurate and with a smile and we got our bags fairly quickly. The bread was soft and a decent bread, the sandwich lacked a bold flavor. The pastrami sandwich had a poor meat to bread ratio and skimpy on the fixings. Csn order double meat but we were looking at over $30 for a couple sandwiches which isnt unheard of but these arent worth that price point Firehouse has gone from go-to to an occasional meal on the fly drive by.
I was calling in to place an order around 6:50 pm and was put on hold for 12 minutes before they proceeded to hang up on me. By the time they hung up I was already pulling in and when I walked in there were no customers and the crew (who I assume closes) was just talking and leaning up against the counter not doing anything. Very poor service and this should be addressed immediately! Do better firehouse
I've tried this location 4 times. Always a problem. Either messed up order, or out of meatballs, or some other ridiculous excuse. Love the firehouse brand, but you'd think that a prime location would be better. Nope. The manager usually fixes issues on dayshift, but after 3pm like others have said....needs work. Half of menu disappears the later it gets. What a joke Book a table now
Food was mediocre at best, I ordered a cheese steak sub and it tasted luke warm like the meat had be warmed up but not really cooked like other firehouse's that I've been to. The service seemed less than friendly and staff looked a bit roughly to say the least. Don't think I'll visit this location again after my first time.
Always loved this location! Service is always stellar! Food is always fantastic! We visit quite often and plan to continue! Love that they always seem really happy to see us! Food is always done super quick!
Could do with a good thorough cleaning throughout the dining space. Just your average fast food eat in. But the food was good and the service was friendly and fast.
