He was chatting with a friend while I waited to order, and when he finally came over, he didn’t greet me and just stood there until I spoke first. He got my order wrong twice, and when I corrected him, he sighed audibly. He even rang it up wrong a third time— I asked for a burger meal, but he charged me separately for the burger, fries, and drink. By then, I didn’t bother fixing it anymore. I tried to remain polite, recognizing that working in retail can be challenging, but Timothy's demeanor was completely unwarranted and unacceptable. I spent nearly $40 here and I seriously doubt I will return. While I don’t expect the cashier to be my friend, I do expect at least a minimal level of courtesy. There are many other restaurants in the area (including other Five Guys locations) that treat customers with respect and wouldn’t make them feel like a nuisance for placing an order.
The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and the spacious area with high ceilings adds to the pleasant atmosphere. The burger and fries were incredibly fresh and delicious, just as expected. It’s great that they offer caffeine-free Coke at the soda fountain. While they may highlight their press achievements a bit much, the quality of the food truly speaks for itself. Unlike another Five Guys location where I encountered a rude employee, this one is full of smiles and good service.
I visited today to purchase a cheeseburger and a shake. Unfortunately, my gift card wasn’t working, despite my earlier call confirming there was still a balance. The cashier and a woman who appeared to be a manager tried various methods to get the card to work. In the end, they generously offered me my food for free due to the inconvenience after I waited. I really appreciated their thoughtful solution. The restaurant was clean, and both the burger and shake were delicious!

Really nice burgers they serve snd you can watch as they make it in there open view kitchen along with a choice of regular and small burger and fries. I was pleasantly surprised however when i opened my burger to find 2 pattys instead of 1, pretty good value meal if your tired of the regular McDonald's and burger king like I am. While the overall taste of the meal may not be the best thing you ever eat, It will definitely have a taste of actual potato and meat.
Beautiful, friendly staff and large, high ceilings. The burgers and fries were super fresh and delicious as always. The soda fountain has caffeine free coke, so it was nice. They tend to apply their press a little bit more, but the food says everything. Another 5guy's business had a very rude worker, but this place is all smiles.
I had a really unpleasant experience at Five Guys. As a newcomer, I asked the staff for a chicken sandwich, but they responded with disrespect and laughter. It was very embarrassing, so I decided to leave without placing my order. Unfortunately, as I was leaving, they started cursing and swearing at me and my friends.
The food was tasty, but we had to wait 25 minutes for our order. One of the staff members was quite rude to my friend when he asked for a free refill. Overall, it's not worth the wait when there are better and quicker options available.
