I'm not typically one to leave bad reviews but I've given this location too many chances. Every time I have ordered for pick up I've had to wait inside for at least 15 minutes and often longer, even when I wait a half hour or so after ordering, and you'realways crammed in with ten or so other people also waiting on pickup orders. When you finally get your food the burger is coldand hastily thrown together, I've gotten ones with the toppings almost completely off the burger. Five Guys used to be one of my favorite spots. I must say not so much anymore. When you walk by it smells AMAZING..and I watched my Co worker eat one and was so hungry that I decided to get one of my own. I get there and was number 88. I only got aburger!! I hear them calling out number 89 next thing you know they're at number 91... last I checked 88 was before ALL ofthose numbers and some of these orders included extra food like french fries. I do not like bad customer service and the staffwere very friendly but just completely out of order apparently. The atmosphere at the restaurant was outstanding, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. However, the food left much to be desired, receiving a low rating for its quality. Unfortunately, the service was equally disappointing, as the staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive to our needs. While the ambiance was a highlight, the overall experience was hindered by the subpar food and service.
10 mins before my delivery was to arrive from this location it was cancelled by the store. My card was still charged and when I logged in to my account it was showed the order marked DELIVERED . If you order thru the Five Guys website double check yourCC!

The food delivery was prompt and flawless, earning a perfect score. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff. I highly recommend trying the Regular Fries and the Little Cheeseburger—they're delicious!

Five guys has one of the best fries and I still love it. The quality of the fries used to be a lot better before but even today it's one of the better fries.
I?ll always get the ?bowl?, as I like to cut out the bread portion of this venerable National burger chain. Fries are always crispy and delicious.
