The hoagies are great. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY. We ordered hoagies for dinner for us and our young kids, eta 1 hour. Fine. An hour and 30 minutes later we call, the employer says the driver left 20 minutes ago and has 10 orders ! to deliver. We?re all hungry, our kids are screaming, but fine. 2 HOURS later, we call again, they say it?ll arrive in 30 minutes ?maybe?. It?s now late, we have to cancel our order. We ask if delivery and the ETA given are at all real, they say ?it?s wrong more often than it?s right.? They actually said that! I hate leaving bad reviews, and I love Primo?s, but I can?t, in good conscience, recommend this location. On multiple occasions, regardless if it?s through Grubhub, their website, or pickup, my order gets messed up. Whether it?s missing drinks, sides, orsandwich ingredients, something keeps going wrong. This last time, our sandwiches had all of the toppings switched between them,and the requested extra meat wasn?t there. I can understand the occasional mixup, but it?s too consistent, and it?s a shamebecause I?m a diehard Primo?s lover. I asked for two eggplant hoagies. One being custom, the other Diablo. I asked for roasted peppers, tomato, lettuce, and onions on both sandwiches. See images of what I received. I ordered the sandwiches online. The ticket was exact. The young lady just did what she wanted, and the cashier didn't check what she was doing. However, I received a refund. This experience was a considerable inconvenience. My wife and I planned to watch a movie and have sandwiches. How you don't read the tickets. Who does that? To add insult to injury, I added a generous tip to my order.
I didn't enjoy the hoagie this time, nor on a few other occasions, due to the stale roll. I decided to give it a few more chances because Primo's used to be my favorite hoagie spot, especially coming from the Frankford area of Philadelphia. However, I ended up with another stale roll, which is very disappointing. Primo's, you need to step up your game! As a chef, I believe that regardless of what you're making or preparing, food should always be made from the heart. When it's done with passion, it turns out great. Please improve your offerings!

I was very upset that my husband did not receive his Primo hoagies from Chestnut Hill. We had them from Roxborough for many months, but they have gotten terrible for some reason. I phoned Chestnut Hill Primo , and was told about Doordash delivering, so I placed the order online , supposedly from Chestnut Hill Primo, but as the map and receipt read, they were from Roxy. So sorry to hear that, so we will no longer be purchasing from Primo. Best hoagies in Philly.
I am a regular customer, and I always order the same thing. Unfortunately, my hoagie was poorly made and uneven this time. The mayo was only spread on one side, and there were four layers of sharp provolone stacked under the meat on bread that had no mayo. I'm really disappointed; I only managed to take two bites, even though I was quite hungry.
This the worst primos hoagies that I've been too. The ridge ave. Primos, does not pay attention to the customers orders. Twice my wife and I been here and twice they seem to find a way to mess our order up. Never again will I patronize this establishment.I Love primos hoagies, just not this place.
Use the Ardmore store. Their quality is pathetic. Nice people, but the food prep and inspection is borderline lawsuit. Hopefully they get it in gear. Old peppers that are rotting. Et al. I trashed it and thankfully the manager did the right thing to refundthe order.

It wasn't what I expected. I've had better sandwiches from you in the past. It felt like it had been pre-made. My bread was soggy, and the other sandwiches didn't seem as fresh as they usually are.
My hoagie came with a green and orange mush on tip of it and when I went back to ask why they advised a guy named Eli cut the tomatoes too thin. Wasn't a great sandwich.
