Since discovering Shake Shack on my way to Five Guys, I’ve come to appreciate the differences between the two. Shake Shack has seen a decline in its value, portion sizes, quality, and taste, leading to disappointment. In contrast, a trip to Five Guys offers much better value for your money. While it's true that you can't get a medium rare or rare burger at Five Guys, Shake Shack's inconsistency and rising prices have pushed me to make the switch. Their burgers are getting smaller and more charred, which is one of the main reasons I now prefer Five Guys. Prices might have increased a bit since my last visit (it’s been a while), but everything else remains the same: friendly staff, generous portions, and peanuts. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was helpful and attentive. This chain truly deserves your support. It was rather quiet during my visit, and it would be a shame to see it close like so many others.
If you are in a rush then I won't recommend this place. They (5 people) were very slow, and kept messing up the orders for everyone. I ordered Cajun fry and when I went to pickup my order and was given a regular fry and a cup of Cajun powder. I was told to make the Cajun fry myself in the bag because the person was too busy to make it himself.
Prices may have gone up a little (it's been a while) nothing else has changed: friendly faces, big portions, peanuts. The place was clean and the staff helpful and attentive. This chain deserves your patronage. It was kind of empty and it would be a shameto see it go the way of so many others.

I ordered from Five Guys through UberEats and it was the worst burger I have ever had! This is the second time they have gotten my order wrong, but this time they gave me a rotten tomato and old salad! I feel completely ripped off and will never order from UberEats or Five Guys again.
I truly love the hamburgers at Five Guys. I'm a fan of the Coke dispensers, which give me the freedom to pick my favorite drink from a wide variety. The generous portions of fries in each bag always make me happy. I will definitely return to Five Guys every time!
Love me some five guys hamburgers, love the fact of the coke dispensers as you really choose whatever beverage you'd like and there's a ton of them there, i love the fries and how much of them there are on the bag always. I'll come back to five huyseverytime

I ordered on the app and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The gentleman on the fries knew what he was doing. I asked for no salt in the last minute and he said absolutely no problem. Customer service at its finest.
