We visited five guys yesterday and got some burgers and fries. This is the first time we have visited a Five Guys in a while and when we ordered we were not aware the burgers are a double beef patty burger by default. My husband got an extra patty and unknowingly ended up with a triple burger! I wish the menu specified this, but the burgers were both large and very good. Have always been a fan of their burgers and fries. However, service this time was very poor. We ordered online and the notification stated that our food would be ready at 6:40 PM. We got there just a little past 6:40 PM expecting our food to be ready, but it hasn't been cooked yet. I asked if there was an order in for my name and the employee yelled back to the kitchen saying I was here. I totally understand if their policy is to start cooking once the customer arrives, but it took another 30 minutes to finally get our food. Then, to add to the bad experience, our order was incorrect even though the order receipt was taped to the outside of the bag. Overall, just terrible service.

we are at 9:00 they close at 10. they were busy. we weren't a simple performer. I've changed our minds. the man who helped us could not have been more patient and friendly. After we ordered and paid, we asked for drinks at which point he went even more beyond and beyond. now eat that. you never know what you'll get when your Q$ hole that appears so close to the close. it wouldn't have been better! Cajun-Fries were on the spot! the burgers were drunk and loaded with all our beats. many thanks that five people for our experience one for the books. we sat and ate, and they gave us no dirty looks or anything to cut it so close to her! we will surely return customers
Been to this location 2x, both on Sundays. First time they forgot bacon on a bacon cheeseburger (even asked them if they put it on, which they said yes). The second time forgot all of the toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles) on one burger and forgot the sauce on the other burger. Both large fries were not cooked all the way. Tried to call the location to a get refund and they don't pick up the phone and the voicemail is not set up. It's an absolute waste of money. Do not recommend this location.
best burger in the opposite fantastic pommes. you will need a thousand serviettes because it is all fat. recommend to get the smallest pommes, as that is enough to serve three people. unless they have a heart-to-do wish not get big fries here. they bring a jacket because it's always glacial. I hope you like 70-80s music. if they need a real burger and pommes, this is here to get it. also frightens well, but do not receive your hopes because they have repeatedly said that they did not shake when we left.
Very friendly staff, great burgers and pommes as usual and beautiful outdoor seating with parasols! Look at this place that is beautiful, and is just from I 95, so it's a great pit stop. We discovered this place and stopped from our trip to Cape Cod. Four doggies have lunch with their parents when we first stop.
