The place is nasty, never going back again to dine in. Went in for lunch at 3 o’clock on 8/8 the place was empty there was about five employees and every single table was greasy and had leftover crumbs on it. I went to the bathroom and there was no hand sanitizer the sink was nasty and the toilet was nasty so I had to wipe down the toilet myself with whatever sanitizer I could pump out of the empty dispenser and since both of the bathrooms are unisex there’s a urinal right across from the toilet that had a pool of urine under it on the floor which was trailing down the grout line towards my feet. Management needs to crack down.
Went in to see if any improvement in cleanliness but sad to say all tables were greasy and chairs pulled out from tables and strewn all over. Only one there when I walked in and only two employees there who were both in the back and had to wait for them to finally come up front. After getting my food about fifteen mins later, three employees came in the door from being somewhere. One girl stayed and two of them left again. Was there about another fifteen mins and they were all in the back and tables stayed filthy.
It's been a few years since we've been here, so we were surprised that lunch for two (2 burgers and 1 order of fries and 2 drinks) cost over $30.00. The burgers were very good and the fried were outstanding, but the restaurant was filthy! The place only had one other customer in it (so, not busy), yet every table was messy and dirty. Also, the floor was sticky. If the three employees had plenty of time for personal conversations, they also had time to wipe the tables and mop the floors.
Food was good but honestly just way too expensive. Got the smallest fry, and a bacon cheese burger. Let me know why it was $18? And then the little ipad asks you to tip too. Staff is good and the review isnt against them, more so just five guys in general and how its gotten even more expensive in recent years Book a table now
I suppose 5 young are still in business because 100 people come in a year and spend $100,000 worth eating. it's expensive like the hell. but whatever it is good.
Too expensive, it's actually insulting to anyone's wallet. Not worth it, Five Guys is very overrated, the burgers are decent but nothing to rave about.
it's a five, what's not to love? had taken off a star because their drink machines need attention. about the half of the options have been excavated.

My husband ordered two burgers and Cajun fries. He ate the fries immediately. Hot, plentiful and well-seasoned.
