This place is beautiful, they set the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The food was really good and they were very accomodating of our food restrictions (vegetarian). The service was also great! They were all very kind, and they even took my gift card from 2015 lol. Absolutely will be back!! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp to get in the front door, and they have tables that you can pull up to. I am not a wheelchair user, but this is what I saw.
The only issue I have is this, I have ordered for years and it blows my mind that you get the same amount of rice with your order if it’s small portion or if you get a large. To me it is common sense that with larger size meal that you are sharing the rice should be larger! Hey guys charge an extra dollar or so if you can’t afford to include the extra .25 cents of rice it takes! I would love to hear the reasoning with this issue.
This was the worst Chinese food we ever had. We always went to Silverlake and that was OK, this place was bad. Ordered three entrées for all of us, and everyone was worse than the other. Taste was poor presentation was poor and for $60 I would’ve expected a lot more. Panda express is better than this. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Be wary of the vegan/vegetarian options if you order. Called and confirmed that without pork the mapo tofu would be vegan and was told yes. Ordered the mapo (no pork) option and even specified further in instructions to make it vegan. Got home with the food and saw immediately there was pork. Order was refunded but still very disappointing. Book a table now
Service was very slow and disjointed although the restaurant was not that busy. Small plates took a long time to come out the final one came right before dinner. 2 of the 4 meals came out and had to wait for the next two for over 5 minutes. Food was good although spicing wasn’t right in the orders. Asked for extra spicy and we got mild
Manager was very unprofessional halfway to conversation about over charge for hot sauce she hang up the phone on me. Most of the time they dont include forks and napkins with your take out but wantto charge premium prices for bad customer service and.poor attention to detail, would not recommend
Terrible. Something changed here, it used to be mediocre now its actively bad. Food tastes spoiled and kids running around like it's chuck e cheese. Bye forever
First time dining here and food was great, we even bought extra Malaysian steak fried rice to go. Staff were wonderful and very personable! Book a table now
Very authentic Chinese food, I found whatever the special taste I like. Tried cloud drinks.
