What can I say? It’s Flame Broiler, a chain restaurant. For what it is, I give it 5 stars. The quality and portions are consistently good, and the staff is friendly. Occasionally, I might find a tiny bone fragment or a bit of gristle—not often, though. It’s never enough to warrant losing a star. This happens no more here than at any other chicken and rice bowl spot. I’ll definitely keep ordering from here. We also enjoy their house sauce, and the self-serve sauce bar is tasty and always clean.
I dine here at least once a week because I absolutely love the straightforward menu and the amazing flavors of their food. It's always satisfying, and the staff knows me well enough to take my order before I even have to ask! I found the service to be more of a concern than the food, but unfortunately, the food didn’t impress either. The beef was tough, and the flavors were rather bland. I was expecting something more Korean-inspired, but it seemed to cater to a typical American palate, which lacked depth of flavor. I’ve had a better experience at another Flame Broiler in Arizona.

So I recently started ordering from here again and I LOVE that when I ask for well done extra onions, that is exactly what I get. I suspect a change in ownership since the voice on the phone sounds different, but last few times they have given me what Iask for and its been great.
